Uptime Guarantee: We guarantee a 99.9% uptime on our servers for paid plans only. We do not offer any uptime guarantee for free plans. In case of any downtime, customers can claim a refund as per our refund policy.

Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our terms of service without notice.

Payment: Payment is due in advance for paid plans. Our free plans are provided without any charges.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid hosting plans. Refunds are not applicable to domain registration and other services.

Limitation of Liability: Alactic Host shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.
